Andrew and Tristan Tate are still behind bars and will be for some time.

The Tate brothers were taken to a Romanian prison where they’ve been living since their December 29, 2022 arrest.

The two were arrested on charges of human trafficking and rape.

Andrew has also been accused of recruiting young women and forcing them to create online pornographic material/ content.

Andrew and Tristan aren’t the only people allegedly guilty of this crime.

Two women, Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel, are also behind bars and were arrested in connection with the Tate brothers.

Earlier this month, the brothers filed an appeal to be released from detention and the appeal was… “DENIED.”

According to reports, a judge granted prosecutors another 30-day extension on their arrest.

They will not see the light of freedom until February 27th.
