Le Bron James and Nike formally introduced the Jason Petrie designed Nike LeBron 20 silhouette to the shoe has been featured in several summer workouts and pro-am appearances.
LeBron James was in his fifth championship ring as he entered his 20th season with a new head coach and new players on his team. James, of course, had new shoes that he wore for a new run of 82 games. The player was seen repeatedly with his new signature design on the field.
The centuries-old collaboration between the brand and the sports legend only gets better with improved silhouettes every year, and like every other collaboration model, the Swoosh label is flooding the sneaker market with multiple shoe colorways. Three popular Nike LeBron 20 colorways released in 2022
1) Nike LeBron 20 “Purple and Gold”

This Violet Frost/Purple Pulse/Canyon Purple/Metallic Gold color scheme of Nike LeBron 20 arrived on October 15th. Retailing at $200 for each pair, this brilliantly designed version is offered by Nike’s online store.
The description and design inspiration of the “purple and goldcolorway on Nike’s page reads,
With exhilarating colors pulsing like a California sunset, the LeBron 20 takes you to the field with a look that pays tribute to the team you love. Purple Pulse and Violet Frost provide a vibrant backdrop to game-winning Metallic Gold accents, while graphics on the midsole let you settle into the LA vibe – powerful, regal and ahead of its time.”
The colorway retains the standard silhouette design with a purple knit upper, a bold “XX” dubrae painted silver, and a carbon fiber midfoot shank. Most notably, a second Swoosh relief in striking gold partially covers LeBron 20’s medial purple Swoosh. Salmon accents are featured on the tongue flap, lacing system and base of the Swoosh, while a lavender color is featured on the midsole, set on an off-white dynamic rubber outsole.
2) Nike LeBron 20 “Trinity”

The Black/University Red/University Gold/Black color blocking of Nike LeBron 20 was officially launched on October 24. The iteration, called “Trinityis available for purchase in the e-commerce stores of Nike and its partner suppliers. They are also offered with a retail price of $200, just like other variants.
The sneaker wears Miami Heat’s defining colors of black, red and gold. The Swoosh bottom is metallic silver, accentuated by red contrast embroidery, while the knit upper is all black. The Swoosh overlay is crimson with a beautiful gold accent on the side.
A red rubber outsole rests under a gray and black midsole. The tongue flap, sockliner, lace-up set and lace dubrae all feature LeBron XX details to tie the design.
3) Nike LeBron 20 “Time Machine”

The inaugural iteration of Nike LeBron 20 was introduced in a Barely Green/Medium Soft Pink/Light Bone/Multi-Color palette. The couple, “time machine,” entered the sneaker market on September 29. These sneakers are readily available online through Nike and other retailers for a price of $200 per pair.
The description of this “Time Machine” LeBron 20 livery on the Swoosh’s official webpage reads:
“Nearly 2 decades into a career that has surpassed all expectations, LeBron James has refused to settle for anything less than greatness, even when he was the one who set the standard for generations to come. Now his latest signature shoe is lighter, low on the ground and turbo-like.”
The upper is made of knitted material and is mainly mint green. A gorgeous pink “XX” lace dubrae and a seafoam green “Swoosh” with reverse stitching are featured on each base, respectively. The base Swoosh is topped off on the side by a second Swoosh that offers an iridescent sheen and a pink accent. Furthermore, a midfoot plate and different shades of pink cover the midsole and rubber outsole.
